TwentyTen Group Teams up with Olympic Champions Simon Whitfield and Tessa Bonhomme So All Kids Can Play

On July 11, 2013 Olympic champion triathlete Simon Whitfield put a challenge out to the Twittersphere: for a $1,000 donation to KidSport, someone could join his Toronto Triathlon Festival relay team alongside fellow Olympic champion Tessa Bonhomme.

The TwentyTen Group responded with great enthusiasm. With KidSport as our newest client, and longstanding charity of choice, taking Simon and Tessa up on the challenge was an amazing opportunity to continue striving for our aspiration to elevate the potential of sport, culture and community.

Toronto-based account lead Alyson Schmidt rose to the occasion representing TTG and KidSport for the run leg of the relay – a natural fit for this former varsity cross country competitor and avid marathoner. She certainly did us proud being the first female across the finish line and fourth team overall thanks to Simon’s dominant swim and Tessa’s speed on the bicycle!

We are so grateful to Simon and Tessa for the opportunity to participate and contribute to such a worthy cause – So ALL Kids Can Play.
