TwentyTen Group Sets Its Sights on the Future with Rebrand to TTG Partnerships

December 14, 2016 (Toronto) – The TwentyTen Group, one of Canada’s leading sponsorship agencies, announced today it has evolved its brand to TTG Partnerships (TTG) and broadened its scope of services.

The firm has a track record of success landing unprecedented sponsorship deals for iconic properties since its inception nearly seven years ago, including marked success with clients such as the Canadian Olympic Team, Whistler Blackcomb, HSBC Canada Sevens and many more. This evolution is a response to changes in the industry and market demand, and a reflection of TTG’s expansion of services beyond sponsorship alone; building a more holistic approach to commercial optimization and revenue generation strategy.

“We are extremely proud of the years of hard work our team has devoted to this industry – always striving to achieve our vision to elevate the potential of sport, culture and community,” said Founder & Managing Partner, Andrea Shaw. “This deliberate move to evolve our business will keep us at the leading edge of the market and provide a deeper set of services to each of our valued clients.”

TTG was founded in June 2010 immediately following Shaw’s record breaking success as the Vice President of Sponsorship, Sales and Marketing for the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC). Shaw led the team that oversaw the longest domestic Torch Relay in Olympic history, and that generated over $760 million in sponsorship revenue, an amount that was, for its time, unprecedented worldwide for a Winter Olympic Games.

“Never before have we had greater depth of skill and talent on this team,” added Managing Director and Chief Operating Partner Bill Cooper. “As we set our sights on a diversified approach to our business, we look to offer existing and prospective clients greater optimization of their commercial rights – lending our expertise beyond sponsorship. We have always found ways to deliver more, whether it be through media and broadcast, merchandise and licencing or commercial event strategies – our priority is to make a positive impact on every client’s bottom line.”

Building on the commercial success of the HSBC Canada Sevens Vancouver rugby tournament, TTG has its sights set on the future of sport, culture and entertainment properties with exciting opportunities in the works. TTG Partnerships currently proudly serves as the agency of record for the Trans Canada Trail, Athletics Canada, Canada Basketball, Rugby Canada and HSBC Canada Sevens, and consultative strategist for clients such as Freestyle Canada and the Vancouver Economic Commission.
