TTG’s Favourite Celebrity Dads Who Don’t Fit That Dad Life Stereotype

Not all dads fit the stereotype. So TTG wanted to share a list of our favourite celebrity dads who are cool and influential, representing some of the biggest (and coolest) brands in the world!

1. “The Sheriff” Peyton Manning takes our number 1 Dad spot, retiring with over with $249 Million in career salary/bonuses from the NFL and $400 million in total earnings, including endorsements.

2. Iron Man aka Robert Downey Jr. takes number two as the highest paid actor in 2015 with a paycheck of over $80 Million. The super hero dad received a reported $12 Million for his endorsement deal with HTC.
3. Tom Brady. This father of three definitely has his fair share of endorsements, worth approximately $7 Million a year, including Ugg Australia…

4. A gentleman and a scholar, Roger Federer & Nike agreed on a deal worth more than $10 Million a year. The tennis player has racked up an endorsement portfolio unmatched in sports because of the length of his deals & the quality of  his sponsors. In 2013 Forbes he earned a reported  $71.5 million that year.
5. We love the Dude, Jeff Bridges, so we wanted to share his partnership with Square Space, and their hilariously quirky ad which aired during Super Bowl 50. The ad showcases his rhythmic downloadable sleep soundtrack sure to lull you to sleep.

6. Pro golfer Phil Mickelson takes our 6th spot with endorsements from Rolex, Barclays, and KPMG among others totaling in over $50 Million. His ability to connect with fans and customers definitely adds to his winning formula for sponsors.
7. Chris Hemsworth and his swoon worthy good looks attracted classy watch brand Tag Heuer.  No brainer.
8. David Beckham. The man was made for fashion! The British icon banked $42 million from commercial endorsements from sponsors including fashion brands H&M, Adidas, & Giorgio Armani. This man knows how to wear sponsorships.
9. Stephen Curry and Under Armour. The athletic apparel giant got a hold of this professional athlete Dad for just under $4 Million in 2013. This NBA Dad also likes to bring his daughter to post game interviews! What a cool Dad!
10. And how could we not mention Texan Matthew McConaughey and his famous (for all the hilariously wrong reasons) Lincoln partnership. The partnership was created with the goal of attracting younger Lincoln buyers, maybe the unintentional humour of it all will do the job?
