Jana Madill

General Manager

With over twenty years of marketing, strategy and sales experience, Jana has worked on projects from the agency, property and brand perspective.  Prior to joining TTG, Jana ran her own consulting firm, Digg Marketing, where she developed and implemented a variety of integrated marketing and communications programs, for a diverse roster of corporate entities.

Jana began her career alongside Andrea Shaw, at The Landmark Group, where she negotiated and sold over $1 million in corporate sponsorships and managed the relationships for a variety of clients (both profit and non-profit). During her career, Jana has worked with some of the most recognized brands in the world – Coca-Cola, Molson Canadian and Seventh Generation, to name a few, and has launched products into the Canadian marketplace, that surpassed sales targets through a variety of distribution and marketing channels.  As an advisor, Jana also acted as the Managing Director of a mid-sized creative agency, during the agency’s rebrand and expansion of overall services, which resulted in the doubling of the firm’s billings in just over two years.  Her breadth of experience helps to drive market share and build brand equity for all of her clients.

As the senior leader in the TTG Partnerships office, Jana brings her 360° insights to all of our properties.  Jana led the development of a new platform for local partnerships for Cirque Du Soleil’s latest Vancouver production of Kooza.  She continues to lead the team responsible for the hugely successful HSBC World Rugby Canada Sevens corporate sponsorship program.

Community service is a key driver of Jana’s everyday joy.  She is applying her experience and passion into organizations that make a difference in her children’s lives.  Jana is on the board of the North Shore Girls Soccer Club, and is the manager of several sports teams.  In addition, she serves as Chair for her children’s school Parent Advisory Council.

After growing up on the Prairies, Jana now has a special appreciation for West Coast life, reveling in the region’s pristine natural beauty. Besides the joy she feels driving her kids to and from sports, her second favorite ‘happy place’ is off the coast of Campbell River, where she retreats with a crew of girlfriends each year, for her annual “Fishin’ Chix” salmon fishing derby!
