As TwentyTen Group’s resident mixologist, I am always ready to whip up a bowl of punch for friends and family. This is a crowd pleasing favourite and is quite festive to boot.
Colin’s Festive Rum Punch
Combine below ingredients a day ahead of time and refrigerate. Add ice and serve.
- 2 litres Pineapple Juice
- 2 litres Orange Juice
- I litre Ginger ale or Soda water
- 1 cup Grenadine
- ½ cup Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Angostura Bitters
- Dark rum (to taste)
- White Rum (151) (to taste – recommend ½ the quantity of the dark rum)
- Fruit (sliced oranges, pineapple and lime recommended)
