Colin’s Festive Rum Punch

As TwentyTen Group’s resident mixologist, I am always ready to whip up a bowl of punch for friends and family. This is a crowd pleasing favourite and is quite festive to boot.

Colin’s Festive Rum Punch

Combine below ingredients a day ahead of time and refrigerate. Add ice and serve.

  • 2 litres Pineapple Juice
  • 2 litres Orange Juice
  • I litre Ginger ale or Soda water
  • 1 cup Grenadine
  • ½ cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Angostura Bitters
  • Dark rum (to taste)
  • White Rum (151) (to taste – recommend ½ the quantity of the dark rum)
  • Fruit (sliced oranges, pineapple and lime recommended)
